We designed this service for those who need to leave early and prefer not to travel on an empty stomach. Please note that as a courtesy service for early departures, it does not offer the same variety and completeness as our full buffet served from 7:30 AM.
Is half-board available? +
Smart Hotel Saslong does not offer half-board. This choice is designed to guarantee you maximum freedom: you can decide every day where to dine and discover the local cuisine on your own. If you prefer to stay at the hotel, we look forward to seeing you at our Blue Restaurant with an à la carte menu (open daily, except Wednesdays).
Is there parking? Is it free or by payment? +
You will find parking spaces available both in the outdoor area of the Smart Hotel Saslong and in our garage. A guaranteed parking space costs €8.00 per day and must be requested in advance at reception.
I am arriving by bus, can I park at the hotel? +
For bus parking, it is mandatory to request prior permission from the property, as availability is limited. The cost is €32 per day. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee a space, and you will have to find alternative parking independently.

Yes, each room type at Smart Hotel Saslong has a maximum capacity that must be respected. It is not possible to stay in numbers exceeding those indicated:

At Smart Hotel Saslong, the room is available for check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Please note that to ensure the punctuality of our cleaning service, a surcharge of €20 will apply for late check-outs up to 11:30 AM; after 11:30 AM, the surcharge will be €50.
I arrived earlier than expected, can I have an early check-in? +
We do not offer the possibility of an early check-in. This is because we want to guarantee our housekeeping team the necessary time to clean your room with the utmost care and ensure everything is perfect for your arrival. If you arrive in the morning, you can still park your car at the hotel; the room will be ready for you starting from 3:00 PM.
Did the journey take longer than expected and you arrived late? +
No problem! If your arrival is scheduled after 7:00 PM, we will send you an email or WhatsApp message in advance with all the instructions for Self Check-in. Is it possible to add an extra bed to the room? +
No, it is not possible to add extra beds to the rooms as this would exceed the maximum occupancy capacity set for each room category.
Is there a kettle in the room? +
For hygiene reasons, you will not find kettles in the rooms; however, you can get hot water from the dispenser in the Smart Hub on the ground floor.
Is there a fridge in the room? +
Rooms at Smart Hotel Saslong do not have a fridge. However, in case of medical necessity (e.g., storing medication or insulin), the reception will gladly arrange a private refrigerator for you.
Are soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in the room? +
Smart Hotel Saslong provides shampoo, conditioner, and body/hand soap in solid bar form. This decision was made to provide an eco-friendly, zero-plastic solution with high-quality local natural products, free of silicones and parabens. Of course, you are free to bring your own favorite products.

Cleaning is done daily: simply place the appropriate sign on the outside door handle. Upon arrival, you will find a set of towels (face and body) for each guest. During your stay, we will perform general cleaning and change towels only if they are left on the floor.

We will do our best to satisfy your preferences if communicated in advance, but we cannot guarantee specific room numbers or floors. Please also note that images on the website are for illustrative purposes: your room will maintain the standard of the chosen category, but there may be slight differences in layout or details.
How can I adjust the temperature in my room? +
We recommend checking if the temperature regulator on the wall radiator is on or off and setting it to your preferred level. We suggest keeping the bathroom door open: since it has underfloor heating (non-adjustable), it will help heat the room faster. The general heating is programmed in time slots at a standard temperature of 22°C.
What is provided in the room? +
In the room: Safe, TV, towels, glasses, hairdryer, shampoo and solid soap, toilet paper.

This room doesn''t have a mountain view; can I change rooms? +
The rooms at Smart Hotel Saslong are arranged laterally to the structure; therefore, we do not have rooms with direct frontal views of the mountains. If the room change request is for this reason, we cannot guarantee it. If you wish to enjoy the view, you can access the common balconies located at the end of the corridors on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.
What is the bed configuration? +
As standard, beds are set up as doubles; upon advance request, it is possible to separate the beds. Triple rooms have one double bed (separable) and a third bed with a length of 180cm. Quadruple rooms have bunk beds. Beds are configured in the traditional South Tyrolean style with separate single duvets.

Can we get a discounted rate for groups? +
For groups, we offer personalized quotes with dedicated rates, which vary based on the requested season and the actual availability of the structure.
What are the cancellation conditions for group bookings? +
The property reserves the right to request different cancellation conditions from the ordinary ones for bookings of more than 5 rooms. More information can be obtained by contacting the property.
Can I also book through third-party portals (Booking, Expedia...)? +
No, we do not accept group bookings made through third-party portals. If our office detects multiple bookings on such channels that can be traced back to a single group, we will contact the booker directly to transform it into a direct booking, applying the relevant group conditions and rates.
How is payment made for groups? +
Upon confirmation, we will require a credit card as a guarantee. The balance must then be paid according to the deadlines agreed with the reservations office, via our secure SSL payment link or via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policies +
What is your cancellation policy for refundable rate bookings? +
The reservation requires a credit card as a guarantee, with a credit limit at least equal to the total amount of the rooms and services booked. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 11:59 PM on the 6th day prior to the arrival date. Starting from the 5th day before the arrival date, the hotel will charge the total amount of the booking to the credit card provided. This amount will be retained as a 100% penalty in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show. Should the penalty be applied, no refunds, vouchers, or future credits will be issued under any circumstances. The cancellation terms stated above do not apply to group bookings or special periods, for which different cancellation policies apply.
What is your cancellation policy for non-refundable rate bookings? +

Travel Cancellation Insurance: in which cases are you covered? +
We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance. You are covered in case of:
Sudden serious illness, serious health conditions caused by an accident, or death of the insured or their spouse, partner, parents, parents-in-law, children, children-in-law, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers/sisters-in-law, or a person whose name is added to the policy.
Worsening of an existing illness of the insured, pregnancy, vaccine intolerance, unexpected dismissal from work, unexpected call to military service during the booked trip, filing for divorce by the spouse, failure of final school exams (Maturità) immediately before departure, serious material damage, or burglary at the insured's home requiring their presence. The Travel Cancellation Insurance is valid for up to 6 people who booked the stay together and are insured, even if one of the above reasons affects only one person.

It's very simple: just 10 meters from the hotel, you will find the "Soplases" bus stop (direction Ortisei). In just 7 minutes, you will arrive at Piazza Sant'Antonio in Ortisei; from there, simply follow the signs to reach the Seceda ski lift with a short 4-minute walk.
How can I reach Alpe di Siusi from Smart Hotel Saslong? +
Take the bus at the "Soplases" stop (10 meters from the property) in the direction of Ortisei. After about 7 minutes, get off at Piazza Sant'Antonio. To the left of the church, you will see the Alpe di Siusi ski lift (red cabins), which can be reached on foot in just 2 minutes.

Yes, we actively collaborate with Carlo’s Ski Rental in Ortisei (reachable in just 7 minutes by bus). By booking online in advance, you can request equipment delivery directly to the hotel. At the end of your stay, by prior arrangement with the rental shop, you can leave your skis at the property and they will take care of the pick-up.

You can contact the reception, and we will provide you with a list of ski schools in Val Gardena where you can go to book lessons directly. We recommend visiting your chosen school in person: speaking directly with the school will help you select the course or lesson best suited to your level and needs.

Thanks to our privileged location, you can reach the main slopes of Val Gardena in less than 5 minutes by bus. The nearest lift is Monte Pana (2 minutes by bus), while to access the famous Sellaronda circuit, you can start from the Saslong slope in S. Cristina (5 minutes by bus).
