On your arrival day check in begins at 3 pm.
Was your journey better than expected and you arrived early?
If the room is available, you can check in from 7:30 to 11:00. Surcharge: €25.00 per room.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AT THE SMART HOTEL SASLONG?

he total price of the reservation will be charged from your credit card on the day of booking. Please note that in case of cancellation, change or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
CANCELLABLE RATE
It is compulsory to provide a valid credit card. In case of expiry of the cancellation period the total amount will be withdrawn.
CANCELLATION PERIOD
Up to 5 days before the day of arrival free cancellation. Within 5 days prior to arrival 100% cancellation fee.
We suggest that you take out a trip cancellation insurance policy (this amount to 5% of the total price of your stay). In this case, the total amount will be refunded to you.

In which cases are you covered by the trip cancellation insurance?
Sudden serious illness, serious health condition caused by accidents or death of the insured or his/her husband/wife, partner, parent, brother-in-law, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandparents, grandchildren or a person whose name is stated in the insurance policy.
Worsening of a pre-existing illness of the insured, pregnancy of the insured, intolerance of vaccinations of the insured, unexpected dismissal from the insured's job, unexpected call to military service of the insured in the period of the already booked holiday, filing of an act of divorce of the husband/wife, failure to achieve promotion of the insured's school-leaving examination, at short notice before departure to the already booked holiday destination. Major material damage or burglary to the property of the insured or to his/her home, which absolutely require his/her presence. The insurance is valid for up to 6 persons. However, they must have booked the holiday together. All participants are covered by the insurance, even if only one of the cases listed above affects only one person.
