The BLUE RESTAURANT BISTROT is open from Wednesday to Monday form 6:00 pm until 9:30 pm.
Our BLUE BAR is open from 16.00 h to 23:00 h.

Enjoy an excellent dinner in the new and modern Bistrot, with innovative dishes inspired by the world best cuisines. Never neglecting the importance of our origins and traditions.

We wanted to grant all of our guest all the freedom of choice while on holiday. Choose day by day when and what you would like to taste. Also, make sure not to miss out on our Sushi evenings with our guest chef, resident at one of the most renowned Japanese restaurants of the region.
