The SASLONG SMART HOTEL reservation office is open from 8 am to 10 pm. The reception staff will be happy to help you. The hotel accepts payments with credit card, bank transfer or postal money order. We will charge € 8.00 per reservation as a processing fee. |

The SASLONG SMART HOTEL, through Saslong.eu, offers the best price guarantee. This means that we guarantee that no other site will offer you a lower price for a room at the SASLONG SMART HOTEL.

What do prices refer to?

If you don't want to leave your car in the hotel parking lot, you can also put in our garage. Reserve your parking place when booking your stay for just Euro 5.00 per day.

What are the hours of the SASLONG SMART HOTEL reception?
At the SASLONG SMART HOTEL the reception is open from 7:30-11 am and from 3-7 pm and on Saturday from 7:30 am - 11:00 am and from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
Do you expect to arrive late?
Please contact our reservation centre by 7 pm on your expected arrival day. We will give you all the instructions you need to complete the Self-Service CHECK IN procedure.
When can we check in to the hotel?
On your arrival day check in begins at 3 pm.
On our departure day when do we have to check out?
On your departure day you must check out by 11 am.
It may also be possible to check out by 7 pm but only after making arrangements with the reception. In this case you will be charged an additional € 10.00

Will the online reservation cost be charged automatically to my credit card?
Yes. So that you won't lose time when you arrive or depart.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
You will need a credit card to make an online guaranteed reservation for your stay at the SASLONG SMART HOTEL (through Saslong.eu).
Can I make a reservation through saslong.eu even without a credit card?
At saslong.eu you must have a credit card to make a reservation.
For a written or telephone reservation you can also pay by bank transfer (for which you will be charged an additional € 8.00 reservation fee). If you go directly to the reception without a reservation, you can also pay in cash.
What credit cards can I use to pay for my stay at the SASLONG SMART HOTEL?

| RESERVATION CANCELLATION |

What are the SASLONG SMART HOTEL reservation cancellation conditions?
Reservations guaranteed with a credit card can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. Processing and insurance fees will not be reimbursed.
No reimbursements will be made for early departures or late arrivals.
Reimbursements will be made only by bank transfer.
For the cancellation of the reservation an elaboration fee of € 8,00 will be applied.

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged for the entire stay.
We suggest that you take out a trip cancellation insurance policy (5% of the price of your stay). In this case you will be reimbursed for the entire amount of your stay. |
